Alessia Botturi is an established keynote speaker, educator, sales trainer, success coach and sales manager. 

Botturi has been working in sales for over 10 years, helping companies to expand their client base and educating their staff.  Over the past decade, Botturi has conducted seminars and training for sales people and business professionals throughout the United States. 

In addition, in the last few years Alessia has been working as success coach, empowering individuals in achieving their goals and improving their performances.

Botturi is a NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Master Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist, a Tony Robbins Leadership Academy graduate and Richard Bandler’s Persuasion Engineering graduate. In addition she has a Master of Arts in Linguistics and Non-Verbal Communication from Universita' Cattolica in Milan, Italy, a Professional Sommelier Diploma with the Italian Sommelier Association and 3rd level Certification with the Wine&Spirits Education Trust (WSET).

Alessia was born and raised in Italy, where she started her career in Milan, Italy, working for various years in events planning.

In 2006 she relocated to Los Angeles where she co-founded the North American Sommelier Association and was the elected President and educator until 2017.

Currently, she covers the prestigious position of Luxury Brands Business Development Manager with Ste Michelle Wine Estates in Southern California.

Today Botturi has taken her knowledge and experience in sales and education combined with her studies in communications and Neuro Linguistic Programming to create a powerful sales workshop that focuses on sales techniques used by the best sales people in the world. 

She enjoys spending her free time scuba diving or rock climbing and having fun with her four years old son.
